Profiles now include Friday-focused release stats, including a “bravery” score that summarizes how often releases land on Fridays within the selected period. This update also refreshes parts of the profile UI for clearer, more responsive layouts, and adds production-only Trustviews script loading.

This release delivers major improvements to sync reliability, activity accuracy, and UI clarity. The backend has been simplified and hardened by fully migrating from APScheduler to RQ, improving scalability, failure handling, and observability. On the user side, activity heatmaps, streaks, and profile sync status are now more accurate, timezone aware, and easier to understand, with several UI refinements for clarity and performance.

You can now browse a dedicated Profiles page with search and public profile summaries, making it easier to discover people without going through rankings. The homepage also includes a new “Release updates” section with an embedded changelog, plus a small formatting fix on profile pages.

Leaderboards now check for the latest available data when you request them, and refresh entries when needed so results stay current. When a refresh happens, cached leaderboard lists are cleared so you see updated rankings instead of stale results.

This release introduces a new FastAPI-powered backend, along with a generated API client that the frontend now uses for data fetching. You can connect GitHub for syncing, view richer profile activity with trends and tooltips, and explore refreshed leaderboards.
